AUMESIS currently ships only within the United States.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Do you accept returns?

Yes.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition and packaging.

Do you offer exchanges?

No.

We currently do not offer product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please place a new order separately.


What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.


Are your ceramic products handmade?

Some ceramic items may contain slight variations in texture, finish, color, or shape due to the nature of ceramic manufacturing and glazing processes.

These variations are considered part of the product’s natural character and are not necessarily defects.


Can your vases hold water?

Some products may be suitable for holding water, while others are intended primarily for decorative use.
