Shipping Locations

AUMESIS currently ships only within the United States.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Shipping fee: $8.00
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $70.00

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping fee: $15.00

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other external factors beyond our control.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on:

  • Weekends
  • U.S. public holidays

During periods of increased order volume, processing times may be extended.

Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information (when available) after the order has been shipped.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address information
  • Incomplete address details
  • Failed delivery attempts

additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

AUMESIS is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect customer-provided information.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.


Lost Packages

If tracking information shows unusual delays or the package appears lost in transit, please contact us.

We may assist customers in communicating with the shipping carrier and investigating the shipment status.

However, delivery delays caused by carriers are outside our direct control.


Returns & Refunds

Eligible returns may be accepted according to our Returns & Refund Policy.

We do not offer product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please place a new order separately.
