5. Return Shipping

AUMESIS is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

8. Refund Process
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Please note that financial institutions and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/incorrect item.
10. Order Cancellations

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.
